As Callstack’s Marketing Team grew from a few to 10+ individuals, it started needing more standardization and processes for scalability and smooth operations. To enable that, I
- set up a dedicated Notion workspace from scratch
- designed and launched the weekly planning process utilizing Notion databases
- led the creation of marketing processes documentation, used both by the Marketing Team and involving other Callstackers
- set up a process of cooperation between the Marketing Team and other departments for maximum team efficiency and well-being
- created a set of automations that facilitate our daily work
